Use Copy support report under Awthy > Reporting > Diagnostics for support tickets. It omits credentials, recovery material, authentication secrets, cookies, nonces, full IP addresses, full callback and webhook URLs, and customer or order data. Provider, webhook, and export state appears only as safe counts, types, labels, and enabled states.

The full internal report is for authorized administrators and requires an explicit warning acknowledgement. Do not paste it into a public issue or ordinary support ticket. Support should request the redacted report instead of screenshots of settings pages. Always scan copied text before sharing it.
