Hub account access

Use the email address attached to your Awthy license. Hub sends a short-lived magic link instead of asking you to create another password.

If the link presents more than one account, choose the company that owns the store or license you intend to manage. Finish the sign-in in the same browser where you requested it. See Companies and members for how roles, invitations, and company switching work.

If access fails

Request a fresh link and check that you used the licensed email address. Never send a magic-link URL, session cookie, password, recovery code, or authenticator secret to support.
