Hub account access

Sign in by invitation

Access is by invitation. An Awthy operator creates a company and invites its first owner; company owners can then invite their colleagues. There is no public signup.

1. Open Awthy Hub and enter the email address that received your invitation.
2. Request the sign-in link and open the message in your mailbox.
3. Open the link and confirm with Continue on the Hub page.
4. If Hub offers multiple companies, choose the company that owns the sites you want to manage.
5. On a new account, set the company name when prompted.

Expected result: the Hub header shows the intended company. Your invitation determines your company and role. There is no separate personal-account type.

Example: use your agency's company when managing its client sites. If the same email is invited to a customer's independent company, choose that company only when working with its sites.

Invite others or connect a site

Finish naming the company before inviting colleagues or creating site claim codes. Follow Companies and members to choose their access, or Claim and reconnect to connect WordPress.

If access fails

Check the email address and spam folder, then request a fresh link if the old one has expired or been used. An invitation can remain pending if you sign into another company; select the invited company to complete it.

Never send the sign-in URL, a session cookie, or recovery material to support. Provide the email address you used, the company name, and any displayed error instead.
